- Will I own my own domain?
- Absolutely. You will be registered as the owner of your own domain, which means should you decide to leave EasyBrandingTools.com you are free to transfer it wherever you wish.
- None of your sample designs seem to fit me, can I get one made just for me?
- For a one-time fee, we will build you a design that exactly fits you and is yours to use exclusively. Please contact us for more details.
- How long will it take for my website to come online?
- While domain registration and set-up is done instantly as part of the payment process, it can take up to 48 hours for your domain name to become known around the world.
- When I print the business card template, the cards don't match the actual stock.
- First, ensure that you are using the correct paper stock. There are 2 types of perforated business card stock, 8 cards per page and 10 cards per page. If you were emailed the PDF, then a compatible Avery card stock number was provided to you - please use that stock or equivalent. Second, ensure that the software you are using to print is not scaling the contents. Adobe Reader (Windows or Mac) or Apple Preview (Mac) may shrink the content to fit the printable margins of your printer. On Adobe Reader be sure that Page Scaling is set to None, and on Apple Preview go to Paper Handling and ensure that "Use documents paper size" is selected.
